Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for all orders. However, a COD (Cash on Delivery) fee of Rs. 40 + 18% GST will be applied to all COD orders. It is important to note that COD charges are non-refundable in the event of a returned order. 

Regarding the delivery timeframe, since we produce our own products and maintain our own stock unit, we are able to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours. We provide shipping services throughout India. 

Here is an estimated breakdown of the order processing and delivery times: 

Order Processing Time: 24 to 48 hours 

Estimated Delivery Time

Metropolitan Areas: 1 - 4 days 

Rest of India: 4 - 7 days

Exchange & Return Policy 

We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions: 

Exchange: 

If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

The product must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. 

It should be unused and in a resalable condition. 

You are eligible to exchange the item for a different size, subject to availability. 

Please note that you can only exchange an item once. 

Return: 

If you decide to return a product, a charge of Rs. 150 will be deducted from the total amount paid. 

The remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account within a reasonable timeframe. 

The product being returned must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. 

It should be unused and in a resalable condition. 

Please adhere to the following guidelines for returns and exchanges: 

Contact our customer support team within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return or exchange process. 

Provide the necessary details such as order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange. 

Our customer support team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions.  

Important Notes: 

In the case of a defective or damaged product, please provide photographic evidence to our customer support team for verification purposes. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the above-mentioned conditions.
