Exchange & Return Policy 

We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions: 


If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

The product must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. 

It should be unused and in a resalable condition. 

You are eligible to exchange the item for a different size subject to availability. 

Please note that you can only exchange an item once. 


If you decide to return a product, a charge of Rs. 150 will be deducted from the total amount paid. 

The remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account within a reasonable timeframe. 

The product being returned must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. 

It should be unused and in a resalable condition. 

Please adhere to the following guidelines for returns and exchanges: 

Contact our customer support team within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return or exchange process. 

Provide the necessary details such as order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange. 

Our customer support team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions.  

Cancellation Policy

At Nooob, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes, you may need to cancel an order. This cancellation policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for canceling an order with Nooob. Eligibility for Cancellation Orders that have not been shipped: Customers have the right to cancel their order before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

Order Shipped - No Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this stage, the package is in transit to the delivery address provided, and our cancellation policy cannot be applied.

How to Request a Cancellation: To cancel an order that has not been shipped, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and relevant details to the customer support representative.
  • The customer support team will verify the status of your order and process the cancellation if eligible.

Refunds If your eligible order is canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund for the purchase amount using the original payment method used during the checkout process. The refund will be processed promptly, but please allow up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If an order has already been shipped and you wish to return the product, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for further details on how to initiate the return process.

Empty package received:

All orders are weighed before dispatching, that’s why it is practically impossible to receive an empty parcel. Please do not create a false claim of empty package received just to get a refund or replacement. All such requests will be rejected.

Important Notes: 

In the case of a defective or damaged product, please provide photographic evidence to our customer support team for verification purposes. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the above-mentioned conditions.
